By using Jork AI ("the Service") through Telegram, Discord, the web app at jork.lol, or the API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Jork AI. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are solely responsible for the photos and other content that you upload on or through the Service or transmit to or share with others. You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs, but grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of delivering the Service.
You agree not to use Jork AI for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that violates the rights of others. This includes but is not limited to:
Credits, Gems, and VIP passes are non-refundable digital goods. Purchases made via Telegram Stars are subject to Telegram's payment terms. Crypto payments are processed by NowPayments and are final once confirmed on-chain.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. Remaining credits or active VIP time are forfeited upon termination for violation of these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, generation quality, or availability of any specific feature or provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jork AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We collect only what is necessary to operate the Service — your user ID and payment history. This data is used solely to deliver the Service, manage your account, and prevent abuse.
The Service relies on third-party providers for image generation, payment processing (NowPayments, Telegram Stars), and infrastructure. Your data may pass through these providers as necessary to deliver the Service. We do not control their privacy practices.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
